Employee Operations Coordinator

A leading global recruitment company in Glasgow are seeking an Employee Operations Coordinator to join their HR Shared Services Team. If you can demonstrate experience in a shared service environment using SAP and Microsoft Office, then you could be the Employee Operations Coordinator we're looking for.

What will you be doing?

Along with your colleagues in the Employee Operations Team you will be the main point of contact for the business to process all changes during the Employee life cycle; from on-boarding, promotions, transfers, flexible working, parental leave and leavers. You will work closely with Payroll, HRIS and the HR Business Partners to deliver an efficient and customer focused service to the business.

You will also be responsible for maintaining all Employee Operation process guides and documentation whilst proactively seeking to continuously improve the service provided.

What skills/experience should you have?

Demonstrable experience in a shared service environment Excellent working knowledge of SAP and MS Office Meticulous attention to detail Problem-solving skills Self-motivated with ability to work to deadlines

Experience of working in a high volume fast paced environment

Excellent time management skills
