Liquidity Reporting Accountant
Senior Finance Manager
My client, a leading UK Bank, are currently looking for a Liquidity Reporting Accountant to work out of their Bristol office son a long term contract basis.
The Liquidity Reporting Accountant is required to help with the improvement to liquidity reporting across the Bank, addressing some changes that are going on to improve quality and timeliness to liquidity reporting.
This will involve gathering information from different departments such as Investment Accounting and Actuarial Teams.
Gaining a deep understanding of all the data inputs for liquidity reporting and then taking the data inputs and ensuring they reconcile in the general ledger.
Once reconciliation is complete by the end of June, the Liquidity Reporting Accountant will then move on to the analysis and movement in liquidity and building out MI for this by designing and creating management reports.
The Liquidity Reporting Accountant will need to have:
- Experience handling large volumes of data, a strong understanding of data warehouse extracts, TM1 (desired but not essential) and General Ledger systems
- Strong excel or access skills to bring data together
- Process mapping and requirements gathering
